Basketball Recap: East Nicolaus Takes a Loss

East Nicolaus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 45-37 to the Durham Trojans. While losing is never fun, the Spartans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1045th, while the Trojans are ranked 277th).

East Nicolaus' defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Durham, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-3.

East Nicolaus will be playing at home against Winters at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Durham, they will head out on the road to square off against Colusa at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
