Basketball Recap: Randolph Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Randolph entered their tilt with Marion on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They took down the Marion Bulldogs 52-34. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Ro-Hawks also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Despite the loss, Marion still got an impressive performance from Breelon Allen, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Whitley Wiatrek, who posted 11 points and five steals.

Randolph has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-12 record this season. As for Marion, they dropped their record down to 5-19 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Randolph wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 48-43 defeat against Cole on the 17th. As for Marion, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-53 victory against Great Hearts Northern Oaks on the 17th.
