Webster Schroeder entered their tilt with Portville on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Panthers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Warriors have posted since August 30th.

Webster Schroeder's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Maddie Siphakongviseth led the charge by getting 18 digs and two assists. Siphakongviseth has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last seven times she's played.

Ana Haynes and Ali Haynes certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Ana had ten digs, while Ali had 13 kills, three digs, and two blocks.

Webster Schroeder's win bumped their record up to 16-1-1. As for Portville, with the loss, they broke their 11-match winning streak and moved their record to 17-2.
