Volleyball Recap: Iola-Scandinavia Comes Up Short

Iola-Scandinavia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Rosholt Hornets. The Thunderbirds were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hornets apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Iola-Scandinavia's loss dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Rosholt, they now have a winning record of 14-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Iola-Scandinavia will welcome Shiocton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rosholt, they will be playing at home against Tri-County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
