Basketball Recap: Morgan Extends Winning Streak to Four

Morgan hadn't done well against John Glenn recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Morgan Raiders came out on top against the John Glenn Little Muskies by a score of 51-42. Winning may never get old, but the Raiders sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Morgan's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Myka Augenstein, who went 6-for-12 to rack up 15 points and five boards. Those 15 points gave Augenstein a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Gianna Myers, who went 5-for-9 on her way to 16 points.

Morgan's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for John Glenn, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-10.

Morgan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-40 loss against New Lexington on the 15th. John Glenn does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
