Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Fulton). They slipped by the Gleason Bulldogs 63-62 on Friday. The Red Devils have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

South Fulton's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 4-8. As for Gleason, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 11-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Fulton will face off against Fulton City at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. South Fulton is facing Fulton City at the right time seeing as Fulton City is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Gleason, they will square off against Union City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Union City will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Gleason surely won't give up without a fight.
