Softball Recap: High Point Christian Academy Has No Trouble Against Wesleyan Christian Academy

High Point Christian Academy won the last time they faced Wesleyan Christian Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cougars blew past the Trojans 11-2. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Paisley Dixon tossed a big game, striking out nine batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, High Point Christian Academy got a massive performance out of Hailey Allred, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits Allred has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Maci Burkhart, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and one triple.
