Russia has gone 10-0 against Houston recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Russia Raiders are taking a road trip to face off against the Houston Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. Russia is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

Last Saturday, Russia beat Versailles 46-38. That's two games straight that the Raiders have won by exactly eight points.

Meanwhile, Houston ended up a good deal behind New Knoxville on Monday and lost 46-32. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Wildcats came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 177th, while the Rangers are ranked 588th).

Houston's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Russia, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Everything came up roses for Russia against Houston in their previous matchup back in January, as the squad secured a 52-19 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Russia since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
