Immaculate is 9-1 against Abbott RVT since January of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. Both will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Tuesday, Immaculate blew past Achievement First, posting a 70-36 win.

Meanwhile, Abbott RVT fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Joel Barlow on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 58-57 to the Falcons. While the Wolverines didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Falcons 20-7 in the first quarter.

Everything went Immaculate's way against Abbott RVT in their previous meeting back in February, as Immaculate made off with a 56-36 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Immaculate since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
