Juanita and Redmond are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Ravens will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mustangs at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. Juanita is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.
Juanita gave up the first runs on Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 win over Bothell.

Max Starikov looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He is becoming a predictor of Juanita's success: when he allows at most one hit the team is 5-1 (and 1-3 when he doesn't).
At the plate, Ronan Scoffield was excellent, going 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was his first of the season. Lincoln Cohen was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run.
Juanita lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Redmond owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Friday. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over Inglemoor. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.
Redmond's win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Lance Burt, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
Redmond's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Juanita, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.
Redmond's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Juanita has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .432. It's a different story for Redmond, though, as they've only averaged .365. Will they be able to contain Juanita's hitters?
Juanita skirted past Redmond 3-1 when the teams last played back in March. Will the Ravens repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
