Volleyball Recap: Bruce Randolph Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Bruce Randolph was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Aurora West College Prep Academy last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Grizzlies fell 3-1 to the Thornton Trojans on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Grizzlies in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost four in a row.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Thornton scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 20-25, 25-21, 25-18.

Bruce Randolph's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bruce Randolph will welcome Jefferson at 6:30 p.m. on September 3. As for Thornton, they will be playing at home against Skyview at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
