Softball Recap: Timberlane Owls vs. Merrimack Tomahawks
Timberlane won against Sanborn Regional last Thursday with five runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Owls sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 win over the Merrimack Tomahawks. The Owls haven't had any issues with the Tomahawks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
The team relied heavily on Audrina Cordeiro, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run and two runs.
