Volleyball Recap: Columbia Comes Up Short

Columbia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Austintown-Fitch Falcons. If the Raiders were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Falcons when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Columbia's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Austintown-Fitch, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.

Coincidentally, Columbia and Austintown-Fitch will both be playing Twinsburg the next time they take the court. The Falcons will head out to face the Tigers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Raiders will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
