Volleyball Recap: Stony Point Gets the Win

After losing to Randall the last time they met, Stony Point decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Tigers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Raiders on Saturday, sneaking past 2-1.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Stony Point got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 13-25, 26-24.

Stony Point now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Randall, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Stony Point wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Weiss on the 16th. As for Randall, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Midland at 4:00 p.m.
