Softball Recap: Geneva Takes a Loss

Geneva lost to St. Charles North on April 14th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings lost 8-1 to the North Stars.

Geneva saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Clara Lyons, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Geneva's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for St. Charles North, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Geneva will challenge Prairie Ridge at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for St. Charles North, they will take on Batavia at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
