Softball Recap: Middletown Christian's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After soaring to 19 runs the game before, Middletown Christian was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They came up short against the Winton Woods Warriors, falling 23-2. The loss put an end to the Eagles' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Middletown Christian fell to 2-1. As for Winton Woods, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Middletown Christian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 28-20 defeat against Dayton Christian on the 10th. As for Winton Woods, they are taking a road trip to square off against Kings at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Knights will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
