Basketball Recap: Oklahoma F's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Thursday

It was a good run, but Oklahoma F unfortunately witnessed the end of their ten-game winning streak on Thursday. They lost 59-35 to the Springdale Bulldogs. The contest marked the Flame's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Oklahoma F's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 10-2. As for Springdale, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Oklahoma F won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Greene County Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Springdale, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll take on Mountain Home at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Springdale knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Mountain Home likes a good challenge.
