Softball Recap: Dillon Wildcats vs. West Bladen Knights

Dillon proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by 11) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the West Bladen Knights 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wildcats have posted since April 29, 2025.

Zoee Chavis was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. Chavis was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. That double was her first of the season.
