Leading Bear Grass Charter to victory were Aubrey Dotson and Caroline Harrell. Dotson scored ten points along with seven steals and six rebounds, while Harrell scored ten points along with four steals. Harrell hasn't dropped below three steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Hylee (Al) Jarrett, who scored eight points along with three steals.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hobgood Charter will take on the Dolphins at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ocracoke is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Bear Grass Charter, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Lakers at 6:00 p.m. Mattamuskeet comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 23 points in their last ten games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
