Basketball Recap: Mildred Takes a Loss

Mildred saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 66-53 to the Cushing Bearkats. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mildred's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Cushing, their victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1.

Coming up, Mildred will be playing in front of their home fans against Rio Vista at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cushing, they will be taking part in a tournament against Martinsville at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
