Basketball Recap: Sutton Takes a Loss

Sutton lost against Northbridge back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Sutton Sammies took a 62-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northbridge Rams.

Sutton now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Northbridge, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-4.

Coming up, Sutton is taking a road trip to face off against Blackstone-Millville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. That game will pit two of the most dominant forwards against one another: Cam Benedict and Jackson Dunton. As for Northbridge, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Uxbridge at 6:30 p.m. One thing working in Northbridge's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine matchups.
