Cupertino's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Ann Sobrato Bulldogs. The victory continues a trend for the Pioneers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

Cupertino was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 19-25, 25-16, 25-18.

Despite the defeat, Ann Sobrato had strong showings from Madeline Blair, who had 19 digs and seven assists, and Jordyn Scettrini, who had nine digs.
