Basketball Recap: Lorain Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lorain can now relate to. They were dealt a 62-27 loss at the hands of the Jackson Polar Bears on Wednesday. The Titans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-8.

Lorain's defeat dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Jackson, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-5.

Lorain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jackson, they will be taking part in a tournament against Berea-Midpark at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Jackson's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
