Softball Recap: Glen Allen Jaguars vs. Western Branch Bruins

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Glen Allen had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They beat the Western Branch Bruins by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 7-4. The win was familiar territory for the Jaguars, who have now won four contests in a row.

Jaidyn Tillman spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on ten hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
