Basketball Recap: Fort Bend Christian Academy Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Morgan Carter and Sydnee Arocha + How To Watch

Fort Bend Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 30-20 to the Westbury Christian Wildcats. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

Fort Bend Christian Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Sydnee Arocha and Morgan Carter. Arocha posted eight points, while Carter scored seven points.

Fort Bend Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Westbury Christian, they pushed their record up to 2-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Fort Bend Christian Academy will take on Concordia Lutheran at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Westbury Christian, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lutheran South Academy at 6:00 p.m. on December 9.
