Baseball Recap: Woodlawn Takes a Loss

Woodlawn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 21-1 to the Parker Thundering Herd. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Thundering Herd this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 back in February.

Woodlawn's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Parker, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 14-13.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Thundering Herd beat Woodlawn by a score of 20-1 later that day.
