Volleyball Recap: Hale Ray Snags Seventh Victory in Last Eight Games + How To Watch

Hale Ray had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Gilbert Yellowjackets on Wednesday.

Hale Ray's offense was headlined by Katy Hagerty and Reagan Bean, who picked up 11 kills apiece. They got some help from Carinna Egan and her 15 assists. Olivia Thiele controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Hale Ray is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season. As for Gilbert, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Coming up, Hale Ray will challenge Academy of Science and Innovation at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Gilbert does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
