Basketball Game Preview: Solon Comets vs. Brecksville-Broadview Heights Bees

The Solon Comets will head out on the road to square off against the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Bees at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Solon knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Brecksville-Broadview Heights likes a good challenge.

On Tuesday, Solon escaped with a win against Twinsburg by the margin of a single free throw, 60-59.

Meanwhile, Brecksville-Broadview Heights put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 39-34 W against Hudson.

Brecksville-Broadview Heights' victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Solon, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Solon came up short against Brecksville-Broadview Heights in their previous matchup back in January, falling 65-61. Can the Comets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
