Basketball Recap: Loudon Takes a Loss

Loudon was the 62-60 winner over South-Doyle when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Loudon Redskins fell to the South-Doyle Cherokees 52-46.

Loudon has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 14-10 record this season. As for South-Doyle, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-17.

Coming up, Loudon will venture away from home to take on Tellico Plains at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Tellico Plains' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for South-Doyle, they will be playing at home against Knoxville Central at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
