Oakdale extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Christian Brothers. Everything went their way against the Christian Brothers Falcons as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Considering the Mustangs have won ten matches by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Ceci Cotton and Lauren Ghigilia scored all three of Oakdale's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

The win (which was Oakdale's third in a row) raised their record to 17-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three games. As for Christian Brothers, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-14.

Looking ahead, Oakdale will take on Roseville at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Roseville's defense has only allowed 0.1 goals per game this season, so Oakdale's offense will have their work cut out for them. Christian Brothers does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
