Horizon and Hanks are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2022, but likely not for long. The Scorpions are taking a road trip to take on the Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Horizon's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Horizon turned things around against Parkland on Tuesday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Scorpions who were credited with the win. Horizon got it done in the shootout by posting nine goals to Parkland's eight.

Hanks lost 10-2 to Bel Air on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that Hanks have lost by exactly eight goals.

Hanks' defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Horizon, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 7-10.

Horizon came up short against Hanks in their previous meeting back in January, falling 2-0. Can the Scorpions avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
