Football Game Preview: West Orange Mountaineers vs. Montclair Mounties + How To Watch

The West Orange Mountaineers will face off against the Montclair Mounties at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

West Orange is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Phillipsburg just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 24-20 to the Stateliners. While losing is never fun, the Mountaineers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 62nd, while the Stateliners are ranked 18th).

Meanwhile, Montclair played a tough matchup on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 56-10 loss at the hands of Union City. The Mounties have struggled against the Soaring Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

West Orange's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Montclair, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
