Basketball Recap: Keystone Takes a Loss

Keystone fought the good fight in their overtime game against Clarion-Limestone on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Clarion-Limestone Lions by a score of 77-75. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Jase Ferguson was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 30 points and 12 assists for Clarion-Limestone. That makes it three consecutive games in which Ferguson has scored at least a third of Clarion-Limestone's points. Paul Craig was another key player, putting up ten points.

Keystone's defeat dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Clarion-Limestone, their win bumped their record up to 16-10.

As of now, neither Keystone nor Clarion-Limestone have any future games scheduled.
