Tate won the last time they faced Booker T. Washington and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Aggies walked away with a 3-1 win over the Wildcats.

Tate had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-15, 25-7, 25-20.

Torrie Garrett paced Tate's offense, picking up 18 kills. Garrett got some help from Bailie Merritt and her 37 assists.

Tate is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. As for Booker T. Washington, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-10 record.

Tate didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Pine Forest on the 17th. As for Booker T. Washington, they will challenge Niceville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
