Volleyball Recap: Campion Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It was a proper cat-fight when Campion Academy challenged Estes Park on Tuesday. The Cougars lost 3-0 to the Bobcats. The Cougars were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bobcats from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

While Campion Academy was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-9, 25-22.

Estes Park can attribute much of their success to Talia Moore, who had six aces and three digs. That's the most digs Moore has posted since back in September of 2024.

Campion Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Estes Park, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season.

Campion Academy will be playing at home against Rocky Mountain Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on the 11th. As for Estes Park, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Gilpin County on the 3rd.
