It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Choctawhatchee had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Mosley Dolphins. The victory was familiar territory for the Indians, who have now won six matches in a row.

Choctawhatchee had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-20, 25-22, 25-20.

Choctawhatchee got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Mikah Bandy out in front who had 19 digs. Those 19 digs gave Bandy a new career-high. Nevaeh Deal also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Choctawhatchee was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in nine consecutive contests.

Choctawhatchee's victory bumped their record up to 15-12. As for Mosley, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-12.

Choctawhatchee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Chiles on the 22nd. As for Mosley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Middleburg on the 22nd.
