Baseball Recap: Saint Viator Lions vs. St. Patrick Shamrocks
Saint Viator not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 12th (when they won 8-1). They were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over the St. Patrick Shamrocks. This was a revenge game for the Lions: when they faced off against the Shamrocks on Monday, they had to take a 5-1 defeat.
Hunter Mills spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on six hits and racked up seven Ks. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Brandon Thomsen was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. He is becoming a predictor of Saint Viator's success: when he posts at least three hits the team is undefeated (and 7-12 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Brock Harer, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
