Denman came up big in Cheyenne's 14-9 win
While Tuesday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Hunter Denman. Pinecrest Academy Cadence had no answer to Denman on Tuesday as he went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs.
Denman and Cheyenne will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Awaken Christian at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
