Baseball Recap: Rangeview Victorious

Rangeview's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They never let the Hinkley Thunderbirds get on the board and left with a 21-0 win. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Thunderbirds recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on William Stevenson, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, four runs, and three RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was Colten Burch, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with four runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Rangeview kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Rangeview's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Hinkley, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Rangeview will take on Smoky Hill at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Raiders are facing the Buffalo at the right time seeing as the Buffalo are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Hinkley, they will challenge Prairie View at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
