Basketball Recap: St. Anthony Comes Up Short

After flying high against Gillespie last Saturday, St. Anthony came back down to earth. The Bulldogs fell 53-40 to the Lincoln Railsplitters on Friday.

St. Anthony's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Lincoln, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, St. Anthony will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg at 6:00 p.m. As for Lincoln, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Highland at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Railsplitters are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
