Cashton gave up the first runs on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the De Soto Pirates. Considering the Eagles have won ten contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Cashton has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. As for De Soto, they now have a losing record of 9-10.

As of now, neither Cashton nor the Pirates have any future games scheduled.
