Franklin Community entered their tilt with Martinsville on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Artesians. That's more bragging rights for the Grizzly Cubs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-9, 25-17.

Franklin Community's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jackson Clements, who had 11 digs and two aces.

Clements wasn't the only good server: Franklin Community was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Martinsville only served two aces.

Franklin Community pushed their record up to 17-10 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Martinsville, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-13.

Franklin Community has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Homestead on the 9th. As for Martinsville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Bloomington South on the 17th.
