Point Loma put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their game with ease, bagging a 37-7 win over the La Jolla Vikings. Given the Pointers' advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 107th, while the Vikings are ranked 239th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Point Loma got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Romeo Carter out in front who picked up 70 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. Carter also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making two total tackles and defending one pass in addition to snagging two interceptions. Another signal caller making a difference was Ryder Watson, who threw for 89 yards and two TDs on only six passes.
