Basketball Recap: Whitehouse Comes Up Short

Whitehouse was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 46-35 to the Jacksonville Fightin' Indians. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 56-39 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Whitehouse's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Jacksonville, their victory bumped their record up to 11-15.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Whitehouse Wildcats challenge the Lufkin Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lufkin will roll in looking for their 23rd straight win, something Whitehouse surely won't give up without a fight. As for Jacksonville, they will face off against Nacogdoches at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
