After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Florence, Crestwood was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Lower Richland Diamond Hornets with a sharp 7-0 victory. Zadra Palumbo was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

The win got Crestwood back to even at 1-1. As for Lower Richland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Crestwood will head out to face off against Wilson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lower Richland, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Hartsville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
