Basketball Recap: Garretson Takes a Loss

Garretson lost against Hills-Beaver Creek back in February of 2017 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Garretson Blue Dragons took a hard 38-23 fall against the Hills-Beaver Creek Patriots.

Garretson's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Hills-Beaver Creek, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Garretson has already played their next game (against Baltic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hills-Beaver Creek will challenge Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.
