Softball Recap: Immaculate Takes a Loss

If Immaculate was feeling good fresh off their 21-9 takedown of Joel Barlow on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mustangs came up short against the Holy Cross Crusaders on Saturday, falling 12-3. The loss continues a trend for the Mustangs in their meetings with the Crusaders: they've now lost four in a row.

Immaculate's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Holy Cross, their record is now 6-4.

Immaculate didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-7 loss against Bethel on the 25th. As for Holy Cross, they have also already played their next matchup, an 8-1 defeat against Woodland Regional on the 27th.
