Volleyball Recap: Seneca Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Sophia Primavere and Samantha Harvey

The Seneca Bobcats didn't have quite enough to beat the Eisenhower Knights on Monday and fell 3-2.

Seneca actually scored more points across those five sets (109-106), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 25-23, 22-25, 25-23, 19-25, 15-13.

Seneca's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Samantha Harvey, who had 28 digs, and Sophia Primavere, who had eight digs, four blocks, and two aces.

Lexi Pascuzzi was a one-woman wrecking crew For Eisenhower. as she had 13 digs and three aces. Pascuzzi is crushing it when it comes to aces: she's served at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Seneca's loss dropped their record down to 3-5-3. As for Eisenhower, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
