Basketball Game Preview: Grace Prep Lions vs. Nolan Catholic Vikings

The Grace Prep Lions will face off against the Nolan Catholic Vikings at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Grace Prep's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

On Tuesday, Grace Prep strolled past Legacy Christian Academy with points to spare, taking the game 66-52. The Lions have beaten the Eagles the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Eagles has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Nolan Catholic, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They managed a 59-53 win over Pantego Christian on Tuesday.

Grace Prep's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Nolan Catholic, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Grace Prep didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Nolan Catholic when the teams last played back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with a 44-39 win.
