Crescenta Valley had won four straight games and Vaughn Zargarian did his part to make it five on Thursday. The Crescenta Valley Falcons breezed by the Burbank Bulldogs to the tune of 86-58 thanks in part to Zargarian, who almost dropped a triple-double on 35 points, 11 boards, and nine assists. That makes it 21 consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Crescenta Valley's points.

Michael Sahagian was another key player, going 8 of 9 en route to 25 points. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

Crescenta Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Burbank, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 16-7.

As for Burbank, they will face off against Marshall at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Burbank knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Marshall likes a good challenge.
